Before entering the kitchen, you must first know what to eat and what you will need in order to prepare the dish you want for the day. Number 1 rule is: Don't cook without having the necessary materials. Life is about having enough time to do many things in one day. Everyone wants to save time, so they decide to do things quickly but efficiently. When you start a dish, it's highly preferable that you watch every step you take in preparing a dish because once you mess up, not only do you have to start all over and clean the mess, but you also lose time!
